We began by collecting all Sullivan Brothers Builders communities and creating a direction that merchandised with the other established identities. Extensive market research and competitive analysis provided insight into industry trends and differentiation opportunities for the logo design.

Concept Development

Using the insights gained, we explored multiple design directions. Our team presented three initial concepts, each reflecting a unique facet of Garden Trails identity.
